Sandy's movers

Sandy was awesome. When initially creating my uhaul order I rented the uhaul for 24 hours. It asked if I wanted to hire moving help so I chose loading and unloading. It calculated the size of the truck and the square footage of my place and selected two men for 4 hours. But for some reason it chose the date as when I would be returning the uhaul. Sandy called me a few hours later and I explained the issue. She told me she would change the date and have the movers to me between 2pm and 230. They arrived promptly at 230. Uhaul gave them the wrong address even though they had it correct on my receipt. Which is not in any way the fault of Sandy company. The uhaul app-website is terrible in my opinion but oh well. So the guys get there and we immediately get to work. They tell me I should have requested and 3rd guy for the amount of stuff I had. I explained how the uhaul app was setup and honestly just went off it's recommendation. So I tried to pick up the slack of that 3rd person.

I found Sandy’s team thru U-Haul- a little on the pricier side but the reviews were excellent and no remarks about no shows (which is common with Baltimore movers apparently) so I was happy to pay for the peace of mind. Sandy called right after booking to confirm, again the night before to confirm, and 1 hour before to update me on the arrival time of her team. This was sooo awesome and really removed a lot of the anxiety I was having already with moving Booked for two hours of help unloading into a one bedroom apt on a third floor walk up. 1 stair case straight up three flights. Literally could not have done it without Sandy’s team!! They were incredibly quick and efficient, and very careful with my belongings. I sincerely hope I don’t have to move again for a long time, but when and if I do I’m definitely calling Sandy back.

Fast. Efficient. Humorous. Enjoyable company. Chris and Roy packed my apartment faster than I could have imagined and made sure all items were safely stowed on the UHaul truck so nothing would move. Careful with attention to detail. Would hire again and recommend to anyone!
