I paid for 3 hours, but the work was completed in less than 2 hours, so I allowed that the third hour counted as a tip. I like having the option of hiring helpers through the u-haul website, though, if possible, it would be nice to have the option of choosing to have only one moving helper, as for many jobs only one helper is required.

Don’t overlook these folks just because they have fewer reviews! Overall excellent help! They were great with communication leading up to the move, on time, and were careful and thoughtful with loading and unloading all of my furniture and belongings.
