Extremely Disappointed - Damaged Property and No Response I had a terrible experience with this moving company. During my move, the movers ripped my mattress, damaged my wall, and dropped my washer down the stairs, causing irreparable damage. Before the move was even completed, I documented everything with photos and sent them to the company to discuss a resolution. Initially, they admitted fault and agreed to cover the cost of replacements and repairs, but since then they have completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. It’s incredibly unprofessional to acknowledge responsibility for damage and then ignore a customer. I’ve given them multiple opportunities to make things right, but since they refuse to communicate or pay for the damages they caused, I will now be pursuing legal action to recover the costs of the damages. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company and choose a mover that stands by their word and takes accountability for their actions.
