my original helper were booked 2 weeks ago for 9.00 today they never showed up which putbme in a bad position after many calls to u haul these 2 gentleman came out on a last min and did the job they were fast very polite i would highly recommend them

Very unprofessional. They thought the price paid at booking was just to show up. Once we set a time they were 1.5hrs late. Took extra $200 plus bottles and cans to complete. MULTIPLE things left behind. Told them numerous times this goes that goes. Still left behind. I move using plastic storage bins. Every bin has a top. Half left without the top. Storage unit left in complete disarray. Had let leave behind $1,000 refrigerator because they weren’t equipped to move it. Kept asking for things they wanted. Just a bad deal overall. $400 for 2 hours work. NOT HAPPY!
