Was in an emergency so I was moving asap. Was notified only Zachary was coming which was fine but not that I’d still be charged for two movers for the price of one. So me and my brother helped Zach move and he was wonderful (has nothing to do with the administrative side) but I did not know I was gonna get scammed for two guys work after helping the one. When I called to get it sorted I was told I’d have to pay it anyway and I said ‘but you could have adjusted it the day of and still now’ He said ‘you could have just cancelled it but thank you for telling me what I can and can’t do.’ Would not recommend them solely because of the guy in charge unless you’ve got nothing else and money happily stolen.

Zackary and his team were incredible!!! They came out and helped me unload my U-Haul after driving for 17 hours. They came motivated and worked hard! I’m definitely going to use Zachary and his team again in the future.

They only worked 1 hour and charged me the full amount. When I asked them if I would get refunded the extra hour they told me it would automatically update in the UHAUL app. I asked him multiple times to confirm and he said yes which ended being a lie.

I realized I needed help during my move very late in the day and these guys were so accommodating and kind! After realizing it was after hours, I sent them an email instead of calling and was gotten back to really quickly. The movers were very polite, kind, and super efficient- despite it being very dark out! Thank you so much for all you guys did!

Zack and Laquan were great. I bought 3 hours to load and 3 hours to unload and they loaded in 2 hrs and unloading only took 1.5 hours.

There was no communication from the movers. I called them. They were 1.5 hours late from our agreed time, I had to call him again Finally one guy showed up to move my furniture upstairs. He was pleasant enough but reeked of weed. I offered to help with the couch but he refused. Instead he chose to carry it up on his own. In turn, ripping the fabric on the corner.
