They did come a couple of hours late and I didn’t hear from them until a little after the window they said they would arrive (which wasn’t an issue for me, but might be an issue if for others if you are on a tight schedule). When they showed up, they were so quick! Everything was handled with care and they were super flexible about putting things where I needed them to go. I would hire them again.

They used my personal phone number without my consent to hit on me via text message after they left. Didn't listen when I said I didn't want boxes stacked on my treadmill. Will likely be filing a claim for that.
