Lance and his partner did a great job helping us unload our truck. I booked them for 3 hours and it took us all 3 to get it done. Lance had all the straps and dolly’s to get the job done. Him and his partner were very careful when moving in large furniture and took care to put things where we wanted them to go. I hope I don’t have to move again for quite a while, but I would definitely hire them again if I needed the help!

The movers were very careless. They gouged a wall, packed wood on wood with no blanket. When I asked about needing a blanket between things, I was told that they were packing things close together so the wouldn't shift. They knew the cubes would be driven a ways. I was very disappointed with the experience. Also, Lance Lameroux said I would have to pay $50 to him when he picked up the cubes. I questioned it since I used the UHaul app to make the reservation and he backed off.

Completely worth every penny. The guys loaded two units, and unloaded the truck into my house all in the same day. It only took them 3.5 hours. I would totally hire them again.

He called multiple times to confirm and reassure us he would be there. I even changed our time the day before our scheduled move and he accommodated the change. He was even early. Excellent job. Went faster than expected. This wasn't his first rodeo.
