They were truly amazing. Although they arrived about half an hour late, they made up for it with their prompt and efficient work. They handled all items with great care and finished unloading everything — 1 bedroom along with living, kitchen, and dining items — in just about 40 minutes, which was impressive. They worked very fast while still paying attention to safety and detail. I would definitely recommend them to others. The only small point for improvement is to be mindful about the smell issue, as some clients may be sensitive to it. I’m sure they’ll take care of it moving forward. Overall, I’m happy to give them a five-star rating.

The movers really damaged my new house and my furniture in the move -- they didn't remove drawers from a dresser which led to drawers falling out and damaging floors and drywall. Also, after setting boxes on hot gravel, they slide them across newly refinished hardwood floors, scratching them up. Terrance was super nice, but wasn't able to address the problem. The guys were wearing crocs and didn't actually know how to move stuff, and so they just banged it against walls and door frames, causing a ton of damage. When I sent pictures of the damage, I didn't get responses to any of my emails, and terrance just said to take it up with Uhaul, even though it was his crew that caused all of the damage.
