Haley, Noah, and Ray were exceptionally easy to work with. They showed up and did incredible work loading the truck when I hurt my foot. They let me know when one of the pieces we were moving broke and that honesty was much appreciated. I highly recommend using their services.

I had a great experience with this moving helper team. They were very punctual — the U-Box arrived on the estimated date, and they contacted me the next day for delivery. I booked the unload service, and they were thoughtful enough to place boxes in the correct rooms based on my labels. Everything was done efficiently with no damage at all. Highly recommend!

Worst move ever. Movers were unprofessional and drama oriented. They were unskilled in packing dishes and kitchenwares as well as utilizing resources to prevent damage to furniture. As a result, we had copious amounts of furniture damage and some dish loss. The main leader was inept at assessing moving need, time, and ability to fulfill - REPEATEDLY. They threw things into our second truck without properly securing. This was just incompetence. Our daughter literally had to become their fourth mover. We had to pay them AGAIN to unload after a whole lot of drama after they accused us of booking issues - they literally lied and attempted to gaslight our daughter about our moving order. We paid for another 8 hours for a two man crew while they insisted that was enough to finish. They put boxes anywhere they wanted claiming they were staging to put boxes where they needed to go. They didn't. We had to pay someone else to finish the job. Do not recommend.

We didn’t get provided with any tie downs or furniture pads when we got out truck, and they did a great job of packing our things carefully. We had a 6 hour drive on some less than great roads, and thanks to the hard work put into packing our things methodically, our things arrived in good condition.
