Overall good service, very appreciated. Told the two guys at the beginning that I didn’t want to go over 2 hrs & that my biggest concern was the temperpedic mattress must to lay flat (important). They loaded the heavy items last and disregarded my biggest concern forcing me to settle and be okay with laying mattress upright. Moving long distance with a Tempur-pedic mattress upright when my warranty clearly states lay flat I was stressed about it getting damaged in transit. The guys were not knowledgeable about the specific mattress, but we already it out 2 hr mark and I could undue all that work to restructure. They already went over there time and wife mentioned we have alot of small stuff focus more on the heavy big stuff and we can manage the small stuff if time ran out. We helped the movers because it was clear time would run out at the pace they were going. They were gentle and tightly packed the uhaul.

The rating would have been 5 stars if the company shown up on time. The rating would have been 4 stars if the company had notified me to let me know they were running late. Being on time and advanced communication are so easy, yet being late can dramatically affect customer satisfaction.
