The gentlemen that were helping with my move were very nice and were hard workers. My bedroom furniture was extremely heavy and the workers had a very hard time moving it. I believe it would have been better if the men were younger as these men were on the older side. However, they got the job done. During the move the weather stripping on my storm door was accidentally ripped off. I was insured this would be taken care of the next day after shift. It has been more than a week and I called to inquire when someone would fix it and I was told that I would get a phone call within the next day. I am still waiting. Looks like this is going to be an ordeal that I do not have time for and have to handle. I gave them both nice tips in cash as I believe they worked very hard and I believed they would surely honor their mistake with the weather stripping. Still waiting on the resolution.
