These guys were awesome!! They took great care of our items! The communications was throughout the move was great. Since I was moving from out of state, I did not have a definitive time of our arrival. They worked with us and still got us settled in, in no time.

We were told the movers would arrive between 4-5. They did not arrive until nearly 6pm. We waited at the storage unit for 2 hours waiting for them to arrive. When they did arrive, they were helpful but some communication would have been nice so that we could have spent our time before their arrival doing something productive. Additionally, we tried to change credit cards BEFORE the move had occurred and were told we could not do so.

I had to schedule the help very last minute. In fact it was a little before midnight and needed help the next morning. With very little notice they were able to schedule me for the help I needed to arrive late morning. We unloaded in two different areas in the same complex and had to go back and forth between the units. Wayne and team were very professional and quick and careful. They had no issues with going back and forth between units and were very chill and relaxed about the whole event. The two people we had helping us, I would recommend them.
