I use moving help at least 15 times a year..Dynasty Movers was my worst experience with moving help..I was scheduled for an unload after lunch..all I asked of them was to keep me updated on their ETA after their morning job..they arrived at 3pm after telling me they would be there at noon..yes it was hot but immediately they complained about the 53ft trailer being full even though in my order details I listed it as 18,000lbs and a 53ft semi trailer..in his defense the owner wasn't there until the last few hours..after the 4 hrs that I booked them for two of the guys said their time was up and left..ended up taken them over 8 hrs to complete the job..they volunteered to come back the next day but the homeowner did not want them in his house..we ended up getting another company to come and put together the beds and move some furniture...with the owner onsite your job might go better but my experience without him present was very, very stressful and disappointing.

Don't like how they sell 2 workers and 3 show up and ask for more. The crew was great though. Just not how they run things.
