I would definitely use them again. I spoke with Isaac the day before the move, and I realized the truck I rented was undersize for my load. I wasn't able to change it. The next day at the move, Isaac showed up with 16' truck, and it saved my move. In addition, my move involved multiple stops with unloading and loading. We were moving from Manhattan to New Jersey, and we hit traffic at almost every stop. They communicated the entire trip. They were professional, courteous, and patient. I am recommending them to everyone I know.

This company has excellent customer service. They reached out as soon as I booked. Isaac, the team lead, was amazing. As soon as they arrived, he shook my hand and quickly assessed the items and where they are going. They quickly began unloading my rental truck and set up my washer, dryer and refrigerator. Everything went smoothly and I would hire them again for any future move in NJ. We are very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

The If you need movers in NJ and NY area make the folks at Mod Designs your first and only call. This is my second time using them. From initial contact with Cindy to contact with movers the work is flawless. On both occasions movers were on time and got right to the job at hand. They wrap and load the truck like the items are their personal belongings. I come from an industry that great customer service is expected so I know what great customer service should look like and this team delivers it.
