Mrs. Adams and her workers were outstanding! Very professional loading and everything nice and tight inside the trailer. No damage at all when we arrived. The two gentlemen doing the heavy lifting were courteous and cooperative. I wish customer service was like them everywhere. Mrs. Adams was also there and she's great! I will use again! Tip paid in cash.

The movers was fast, which was great! I reserved 2 people for 4 hours. Ms Adams called and said she was sending 4 people for 2 hours and charging the same price. The movers were polite but inexperienced. I had a regular dolly which would have helped but they didn't use it. Some of the items that were marked, were put in the wrong area. I had one large item, an armoire which I told Ms Adam's but her crew had a hard time carrying it. I tried to let her know that this armoire has been moved several times by 2 people. I also tried to give them advice with no luck. She didn't have a roller dolly which would have helped. The experience was okay until the disagreement about the armoire. It was basically give a big tip or pay extra for moving the armoire. Feeling pressured, I gave a cash tip to 4 people instead of 2. FYI-maybe add tips to your price. Due to that, if I have to move again, I would look for a more experience company.
