Great experience with this company. The owner is responsive and the crew was friendly and did a thorough job. They moved us out of a 5-floor walk-up and loaded our furniture and boxes into the Uhaul. The job did take longer than anticipated, but the crew was careful and intentional with the work they did, so we were okay with the additional hours. Very very thankful to have found this moving company, as they were MUCH better than previous movers we've used in NYC.

Our move was easily scheduled and coordinated via text shortly after booking. Anthony was very responsive to any questions I had and clearly communicated what to expect. He was also able to send an additional team member with short notice when I started to get nervous that we had too much stuff for two people to unload on their own. The team arrived on time on moving day and immediately got to work. They were super fast, wrapped up early and with no damage to any of our belongings or the building we were moving into. They were easily the most careful and courteous movers we've ever used; Tetris will definitely be our go to moving company in the future.

The team was amazing! The apartment building had a few issues with the elevator, but the team helped coordinate and quickly unload regardless of the issues.
