This was the one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service. My TV broken, my $7000 couch was ripped, one dresser had multiple chips taken out of it, another is scratched and cover in paint from the walls , my hutch had its legs broken off. As for my home, multiple holes were put in the wall, scratches all over, gashes all over , paint all over. And.... I did at least half the moving of objects (non broken ones) myself. I will be filing a lawsuit against Uhaul and Eternity.

Requested 2 movers, got 1. That 1 guy was awesome. But there are limits on what one person can do. Management issues shouldn’t result in user impact..

My mover Ali was an absolute superstar. I sincerely appreciated his level of expertise, as I was a single woman moving on my own. Ali was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the proper way for packing up my UHaul truck ensuring maximum efficiency of the truck space and of time. We only needed to make one trip from my storage unit to my new home. Ali was generally a really nice guy and I highly recommend him. My only other feedback, not about the mover, Ali, but about communication from Moving Help, was I had wished I had confirmation earlier as to who my mover would be, and their contact info, as I only received that information the night before my move. However the person I communicated with at Moving Help during the process was always courteous and professional. I would use Moving Help again.

Overall well done, however they rushed taking mattress up stairs and broke the mattress cover open (the plastic moving cover slipped off while they went up). So I'll have to buy a new one.
