They have to be the worst movers ever! First they show up with out a truck, we go pick up a truck which delayed the moving by 1 hour. It took the 2 movers 2 hours just to load 9 items on a truck. They were fighting and cursing at each other, they did more fighting than moving. Since it took them 2 hours to load the truck they stalled and sat in the truck and told me I had to pay for another hour. I paid for the additional hour, even though I thought it was intentional. They damaged EVERYTHING! My sectional is torn to the frame in 2 places. My bed and son's bed are destroyed, the slats and frame are broken! My cushioned bed frame is torn. My chest and sons chest are broken, the drawers don't shut. My bookshelf's back came off and damaged. I have a bag FULL of screws that they couldn't figure out where they went and I'm finding more screws as I'm cleaning. I complained to the owner during-after the job and he could care less. Save yourself the headache and money, go with another company.

I needed help loading boxes and a few heavy items. I chose eternity because they were less expensive than average but not the cheapest, lesson learned. I was told the movers would be an hour late due to car trouble but then was repeatedly lied to by the scheduler that they were an exit away or 5 minutes away. Two plus hours later the guys showed up super high, stinking of weed. Things went well untill somehow one guy dropped my children's toy kitchen down the stairs destroying it. We will see how the company handles that. I would say you probably shouldn't show up to work blatantly high. Nex time I will spend a bit more and hopefully receive some more professional help.

Carlos and his team were great! Unfortunately it was raining during the move and they were so conscious of keeping things dry. They made sure not to scratch any newly painted walls! They didn't stop working until it was 100 percent complete and then went out of their way when they were done to help put things together.
