They completed the work quickly and courteously. The only minor issue was communication with management. They didn't email until the night before that we needed to pick up some supplies. Which was really inconvenient to have that notice last minute.

Shah and William were really professional and kind. Both of them including the manager constantly kept us up to date of when they were arriving. They came on time.
