DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY.' Horrible communication all around. This is not a moving company, it's 2 guys who post ads on Craigslist for someone to hitch a U-Box to their truck and drop it off at your place. They don't tell you or the person dropping off the U-Box that they are supposed to help you pack it up, so you end up waiting around all day for real, professional movers to show up until they finally tell the person who dropped off the U-Box that they now need to help you move. Leaving you with hours of wasted time and now you have to do all of the work yourself after paying them for nothing. Complete waste of time and money, this 'company' needs removed from U-Haul's website as it's not a real business.
