I cannot recommend Master laborers LLC at all to anyone. From the damages they caused, dropping electronics, and working as slow as possible to get more money out of us. There was two trips to be made in total and by the time the first 3 hours we reserved were up, they were STILL LOADING THE FIRST TRUCK. We were forced to step in after Willie told the men to stop working unless we sent over more money via Zelle. To top it all off, Willie gave me a number to send and then the movers on site were telling us different numbers!! It was truly terrrible. For the amount this move cost for 6 hours, we could've paid a real company that would have shown up with a truck and finished the move in the first 3 hours alloted. We've learned our lesson and will never use Master laborers LLC again.

Would never hire again. They showed up half an hour early without calling ahead. Only called once they arrived and I wasn't home yet. They brought a 3rd person when I hired two, thankfully didn't charge extra. They were fast and got the job done in one hour instead of two. They wouldn't refund me for the unused time or stick around to help with furniture related tasks to use up the second hour I paid for. Maybe I missed some fine print in the contract, but to me this is unprofessional. Meeting the bare minimum rather than going above and beyond. They also didn't help move one of my pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit up the stairs but could have been disassembled if they stayed for the second hour I paid for. Would give 0 starts if I could. Dinged up a bunch of my stuff because they were in a hurry. Terrible experience! I want my money back.
