Arrived on time, but the two young men that loaded our truck didn't make very good use of the space in the truck and it seemed like they were somewhat inexperienced and needed a lot of guidance. Overall not a bad experience with them, but could have been better.

Did a great job! They were able to get things into the elevator that I didn't think were going to fit, and were able to unload two trucks in a short window of time. Really appreciated the extra help!

The two young movers that showed up were inexperienced, dropped one of my glass boxes, slow, and ill equipped to complete the job in a timely manner. Furniture items included 1 bed, 1 dresser, 1 bookshelf, 1 desk, 2 side tables and a few lamps (750 sq ft.) And yet it cost $400. They did not know how to arrange the items in the uhaul and they spent a large amount of time talking about the job and not actually doing the moving. Then, they charge me extra money for the additional time the move took. I would not use this service again.
