They used my personal phone number without my consent to hit on me via text message after they left. Didn't listen when I said I didn't want boxes stacked on my treadmill. Will likely be filing a claim for that.

Reserved for 930 am. They arrived at 1240pm. So late that I missed later appointments to pick up other items for my house. The guys were very cool, and worked well and quickly enough, but did not follow the plan no matter how many times we repeated. They left critical items unmoved and moved items that were to be thrown out. If they were even close to on-time I would have still given the experience a B+, but the lateness wrecked the rest of the process. I tipped in cash, because the movers were so polite and personable.
