Bana Brothers did a FANTASTIC job with loading our truck for the move. They were punctual, professional, and careful. They did an initial walk through the house and then checked throughout the job to make sure the correct things were being loaded. Communication was excellent as well from scheduling to completion. I also have a large couch that is a tight squeeze through the front door and Duke navigated it seemlessly and smoother than the initial couch delivery team. I would highly recommend using this service for your moving needs.

The team got the job done and loaded everything as planned, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was difficult--at times we were ignored entirely when asking questions or giving direction, despite approaching the situation with respect and kindness. One mover in particular seemed to be in a noticeably bad mood, which impacted the atmosphere. I even witnessed them throw (yes, throw) our dolly out of the back of the truck onto the sidewalk. Unfortunately, some items were damaged during the move--a few things were broken, our stainless steel trash cans were left with several dents each, and our potted plants were tipped over with dirt left all over the carpet (they did not even attempt to pick up the plants they knocked over). I understand that everyone has off days, but the lack of care and courtesy came across as unprofessional. This was my first experience hiring movers and while I was grateful to not have to move everything myself, I had expected better.
