DO NOT HIRE! We hired 2 movers for 3 hrs to move daughter at college. She had 2 beds, 1 couch, 1 table and 25 boxes. Said they would take down and reassemble beds. Let them know ahead of time front door would have to come off to get couch out of the house. 1st issue, both movers smelled like marijuana. 2nd, 2 hrs into the move they hadn't moved any furniture. My daughter called saying they wouldn’t be done within 3 hrs, prompting me to call their phone number. Spoke to their Manager, he then called them and said pick up the pace. Then real fun started. From that point, they just started throwing things in truck. They dragged the couch through the mud in the yard & broke a piece off vanity. Reinstalled the door incorrectly, where it wouldn’t close. At new house, dumped everything in 1 room, left beds unassembled. Then demanded the payment code from my daughter in a threatening way. Mistake, because U-Haul won’t help you if you provide code. Owner unresponsive to calls.
