Long distance move, and they didn't load the trailer correctly leading to broken items. For example, they loaded heavy boxes on top of stacks. They had the old 'tire problems' excuse for why they were late, and one of the helpers disappeared for about 30 mins. He was also smoking by all our stuff before the other guy got on him for it. They also didn't use either of the utility dollys I rented and opted instead to bring boxes put one at a time.

Victor is an excellent supervisor of a team of professional movers. The moving team showed up early and finished on-time. They stacked my plastic tubs adn maximized the space in the U-haul truck. Pack with a high level of care for our out of town relocation. Victor is very responsive. Strongly recommend.

Did well at first and after part of truck was loaded, started rushing and loaded boxes labeled fragile below very heavy items and crushed a bunch of our brand new totes. Also loaded a fireplace sideways that we told had to be loaded upright. Also a box that we instructed to be loaded upright was loaded sideways and leaked citronella oil all over the boxes below it.
