KC & Saint showed up on time ready to work. They immediately helped with staging the truck for optimal loading and got right to it. KC did a wonderful job at loading the items on the truck, he packaged everything right that there was little to no shifting along our bumpy and hilly road across the country. We experienced no damage to glass items and only minor things like chairs cushions unfortunately have permanent pinches but no tears since we wrapped them. We pre-wrapped all our items but will say the other gentlemen started grabbing everything even as we were in the middle of wrapping. He put a trash bag filled of trash to load, even a entertainment center that was not wrapped yet. He kept loading singular loose items. Overall solid team, but Raul had me purchase Dolly, Straps, Wrap, Blankets but they showed up an had their own Dolly and didn't use any of my straps so I bought them for nothing. I got their Cash app to send a tip later but KC came back asking where it was, awkward.
