The service provided was for unloading the stuff from the truck into my house. I paid 3 hours in advance expecting them to work in normal way (not too fast) to avoid damaging my wall and my floor. But it seems they work too fast (finished in 1.5 hours) and was not careful with the stuff, floor and wall. I directed them where would each stuff go, they listened but did not properly stacked the boxes and bins nicely. Will not recommend them to anyone.

The service provided was for loading the stuff from storage to the truck. The helpers did not know the best way of loading to maximize the space. Only 65 percent of the truck was used and lots of the stuff were left behind that costs me extra. I have to pay extra half month of storage fee. The lead helper did not listen to my suggestion of better way of how to arrange the mattresses with glasses in between. They are not good in organizing and stacking boxes, bins, etc. Will not hire them again, but I am a considerable person that I still gave them a tip of 50 dollars each. Will not recommend them to anyone.
