While they were eager to respond to my urgent moving request, the movers damaged and broke a television, among other scratches in furniture pieces. The lack of accountability other than a quick sorry over text rather than any offer of resolution is just poor customer service. I could have brushed it off, but the lack of accountability left a more than sour taste in my mouth and I would have anyone rethink the decision to use transit tales.

These guys are actually amazing movers. Really took care of me things while loading and unloading. Let me tell them how I wanted things and also knew how to best manage things when I didn’t direct them. Very patient with me. They were early to meet me at the loading location. Waited to make sure I was good to drive the U-Haul by myself before they left to meet me at the unloading location. Sam was very pleasant, had great customer service manners. Very easy to communicate with, and calm during the moving process. Spoke to me like I was a human being. Most movers are rough when talking to customers and rush off to the next job before making sure you’re good. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend him to friends and will use him next time I need to move anything. Thank you Sam.
