Rain Or Shine Movers

In my moving request, I indicated the amount of stairs and specified that we would require help with home appliances. The 2 persons sent initially did not have any experience. They could not move anything heavy and were purposely only picking light stuff. They packed the truck horribly, causing damage to my couch, desk and other fragile items. After an hour or so, I told them to stop and go home because of the horrible service. The owner called me back and suggested to send 2 experienced movers instead to fix the situation. After an hour, Brant came and even him was astounded by the bad job done by the previous employees. He helped fixed the situation and an hour later, Justin also came to help and they were able to move most of the home appliances. I cannot give it higher than 2 stars because of the whole situation and the owner called back and wanted to charge us 4 hours instead of 2 because the 2 men arrived at 2 different time ???

Rain or Shine Movers provided excellent service. Timely responses to my emails and texts. Two movers were very respectful and hard workers. Got the job done in less time than anticipated. I used this company for a previous move and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

These guys are the best, I provided them with the wrong address by mistake and they still took the time to drive to the right address and help me move in to my new place instead of letting me fend for myself. The movers know what they’re doing, getting it done as fast as possible, and excellent communication from their part from booking all the way to the end. If you’re looking for movers, go with them and I guarantee you won’t be let down!

I had damage to my mattress in the form of a big hole in the back of it. When reported to the owner he made it seem as though it was already there. It most definitely was not. He offered no retribution for the damage. Will not use again. Ps.... The actual workers were fine, polite young men who worked hard. A++ for them.
