Hired M&G to load 2 trucks over two days for a 1500mi move. We provided everything to be successful; 60+ quilts & blankets, cardboard, shrinkwrap, dollies, straps, etc. First flag was seeing a dresser bounced down a flight of stairs on a dolly. Mr. Grooving scoffed when asked to move the furniture by hand and said he wasn’t worried about it. He should’ve been... it arrived damaged. More damages were found as we unloaded and unpacked- a ripped loveseat; a gouged wood cocktail table; a leather club chair with a fist-sized dent in the side; boxes crushed or punctured. And imagine finding one of the loaders standing on top of your Craftsman tool chest. Pictures of the worst damages have been sent to Mr. Grooving. So far, it’s been ‘busy today’, ‘seen the pictures’, ‘looking into some solutions’, ‘still looking into things just very busy’. Over two weeks and nothing. We planned to post a Google review too, but Moving and Grooving seems to be one guy with a cell phone. Choose wisely.

Was ten minutes late but charged us $35 more when they went 15 minutes over. Also made us buy ratchet straps for our mattress when we’ve moved it 4 other times with no problems. Workers were kind and hard working but ended up spending $55 more dollars than planned.
