We lived in a basement apartment and I seriously underestimated how long it would take to load the uhaul when everything had to be carried out to the driveway at the front of the house. They stuck with it and got us loaded. Then followed us across town to unload. They tracked at least 10 miles that day but stayed until it was finished. Would definitely hire again... But we hope not to move anytime soon!
