Movers were over an hour late. They arrived with only a hand truck with one tire low. I called friend to bring appliance dolly because they had nothing to move furniture-appliances. Moving from a 2 bedroom duplex with 1,000 sq ft we rented a 26' U-Haul knowing we'd never need this much truck. Movers used my rugs to set dressers, Ethan Allen Armoire, and desk on to drag across floor. Mattress was drug across the floor and ground outside tearing the plastic wrap that was put on it. Showed movers items going to Storage Unit after unloading items at new place. When movers informed me the truck was full, I was shocked because items still needing to be loaded. Nothing in the truck was stacked over 3 feet tall & items (like dining room chairs) piled on top of things, not stacked. Dirty appliance dolly placed on couch we had cleaned & now marked up. Chips & scratches to multiple items because of lack of professionalism and caring. We have pictures of damage & unprofessional loading of truck.
