Mark, the older man who arrived with a coworker to assist with the move was very negative the whole process. The other guy was great, he even made great suggestions to assist in fitting our things in the uhaul but Mark shut it down and dropped several items without apology. He was clueless about hour to pack a uhaul and 2 SUVs and maximize space so he complained about the size of the uhaul multiple times, asking why we didn't get a bigger one. It was an all round negative experience because of him. We had to throw out a few items and pay to have them picked up because he was so unwilling to do his job efficiently.

Only one of the two parts of the crew showed up to the job. I had to pay for two movers. It would’ve been nice to have both of them. I noticed there is no spot for a refund.

Both gentlemen worked hard , I was bymyself for an hour while my husband was picking up his son at the airport. I asked one of the gentleman if he could help me get a stained glass lamp shade knob loose so I could wrap it to pack . He seemed put out and gave it no effort , I ended up wrapping the lamp shade in a blanket and taped it tight as well as wrapped the lamp base and stem . Upon arrival at our destination the lamp shade stained glass was broken and the top half of the lamp was bent badly . This was a fairly expensive lamp and was a gift given to me by a close friend. Very upset about the broken lamp .
