Owner sent 2 day laborers to pack the truck. 1 on his phone the whole time. Then would not go to other location to unload even though was time reserved. My furniture and boxes we're all over the truck when I opened it. I had scratched furniture, a broken trashcan and a broken step ladder that the owner refuses to pay for. Do not, I repeat DO NOT hire these people. They are not movers!

Everyone involved was so incredibly nice. They're very professional, nice people and I would happily use their services again and again, without hesitation. They really went above and beyond just the normal amount of effort and care, and were happy to do it! Very accommodating, they genuinely care about the customers as people, efficient but you don't feel rushed or like a burden, even when (in my case) its a Friday night and I'm sure we'd all rather be doing anything other than moving boxes up and down stairs. These are great guys running this place, you should absolutely choose them for your next move, you won't regret it!

Eli and Trey were amazing. They were prompt, communicative for any issues (like finding my apartment building), VERY respectful and very helpful. They came in and got right to work.
