Movers showed up early. They were courteous and professional. They unpacked our truck very quickly and put everything in each room that we requested. They even went above and beyond helping us take a few items out of our personal car after they finished with the truck. We were very impressed!

Sandy was awesome. When initially creating my uhaul order I rented the uhaul for 24 hours. It asked if I wanted to hire moving help so I chose loading and unloading. It calculated the size of the truck and the square footage of my place and selected two men for 4 hours. But for some reason it chose the date as when I would be returning the uhaul. Sandy called me a few hours later and I explained the issue. She told me she would change the date and have the movers to me between 2pm and 230. They arrived promptly at 230. Uhaul gave them the wrong address even though they had it correct on my receipt. Which is not in any way the fault of Sandy company. The uhaul app-website is terrible in my opinion but oh well. So the guys get there and we immediately get to work. They tell me I should have requested and 3rd guy for the amount of stuff I had. I explained how the uhaul app was setup and honestly just went off it's recommendation. So I tried to pick up the slack of that 3rd person.
