Rain Or Shine Movers

On the day of the move, we did not receive a call giving us eta as promised & only 1 of the 2 movers showed up. He was excellent but could not lift heavy or bulky items alone so our son who has a back problem had to help. Our contact never reached out to us during the move to explain the situation or apologize for the convenience.

This team saved our butts when the original crew did not respond to communication and their phone number stopped working. They showed up quickly, were efficient and careful with our things and our new home. They were also empathetic and calm, when I was in a heightened state. Absolutely would recommend.

I needed last minute help unloading a 26' moving truck. I booked two other companies but had to cancel both bookings because I couldn't reach the providers. Rain or Shine Movers were available last minute (with 2 hours' notice!) provided excellent communication, were punctual and professional and helped things go smoothly. They were efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an absolutely miserable day, and you guys stepped in and made everything end on a good note, and I'm incredibly grateful!
