Gentle and precautious even if they didn't seem to have much experience (one guy try to move a queen mattress by himself). They showed up a couple of minutes late past noon, but they showed up! I paid for 2 guys 2 hrs but only really needed 1hr because we started before they arrived (one bedroom apartment). Recommend you call the company yourself after booking and once more before the time arrives. The owner was prompt to return my call but I don't know that I would have been in touch in advance if I didn't take the lead. Overall I am satisfied with these movers help but communication could be improved, hence the 4 star rating. I would hire them again. Thanks!
