The two movers who arrived me were incredibly friendly, efficient, and had great communication. However I was doing a cross-country move with a pod container and when I arrived at my destination, two pieces of my furniture had very visible scratches and my dining table had a big gouge in the center of it. I wrapped all my furniture in moving blankets and or plastic wrap and had extra supplies on site that I checked with the movers if we needed extra wrapping and they said no, I trusted their experience and now wish I had been more pushy. Several of my boxes were damaged or crushed, but the contents were fine. Had this been packed better I think more of my furniture would have survived unscathed.

Shania followed up on my initial request quickly and was very thorough when collecting the information needed to make this a smooth job. Tony and JJ topped off the experience. They arrived on time, hit the ground running and knocked out the job in a very timely manner. Not only would I use Moving Buddies again, but I HIGHLY recommend them.
