These guys showed up on time and loaded the truck fairly well. They could have loaded the truck better to fit everything, in my opinion. I also did not like that they wanted to charge me extra to disassemble the beds to load them into the truck. In past moves, this has always been an included part of the move. I did not find out about this until close to our moving day. Had I known they wouldn't disassemble our beds, I would have went a different route. They also did not come with plastic wrap to wrap the large furniture pieces, which luckily I had purchased prior to their arrival.

These guys were impressively strong. They moved my heavy furniture up the staircase with ease and did not damage or scratch my newly painted walls. They are definitely who you want to call if you looking for experience and skill. Thanks A Team!

We never received a call regarding confirmation of the move reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks in advanced. I called and emailed several times with no response so l contacted U-Haul. We were finally contacted by Charles 2 days before the move in the A-team which was arrogant during the call and the move repeating every time we had comment or direction with 'I know what I'm doing, I've been doing this for 25 years'. The reason we were given for the communication issue was the reservation was messed up but it does not explain the no response to the prior several emails and phone calls. The truck was packed properly by the person in the truck but the mover going in and out the house was neither friendly not professional and obviously wanting to be done since they showed up 90 minutes late. I would not recommend the A-Team.
