Absolutely joke. They were throwing my items around on the lawn and the road. They took 5 hours to unload a 26 foot truck because they were grabbing 1 box at a time, even though I made sure to provide 2 dollys for them to use. Anytime I spoke to the so called manager, any of my issues with how long it was taking or how they were treating my stuff, it was immediately turned around on me and was told it was my fault. It was my fault it took so long because we were having them unload the items into more than 1 spot and because they were 'being careful', it was my fault that the items were getting damaged because I didn't pack right. The farther I unpack the more dishes we are finding broken, and our dresser items were all thrown around, as well as our keep sake chests. The worst company ever. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I booked online the day before our move with hopes to secure two men for two hours. This company did everything they could for us to make sure they had a team of men to help. The men did an outstanding job, and the office lady was absolutely wonderful with communication. Thank you so much.

Two guys, two hours, 26' trailer... And they got it emptied (safely and professionally) with about five minutes to spare. Certainly earned their cash tip and would use Lucky Movers again!

The two movers were very good and efficient (completed the load in under 40 minutes), but they did call the morning of the say they would arrive over an hour late of the scheduled time.
