They were very nice and worked very fast and hard. I just didn’t feel that they packed efficiently as they could have. I also don’t feel that they were careful not to scratch things, ie., putting wood painted furniture on top of wood without padding, unnecessarily. I was also told by U-Haul that if it took over 2 hours that they would stay longer. I needed about 30 more minutes and they were just going to walk without concern for leaving things sprawled everywhere. I finally talked them into an addition hour, but they let one man go, but still charged me for him.

Ver courteous and hard working. Crew could have been more attentive to protecting items with blankets to prevent scratches and they tended to leave items in front of other’s apartment doorways or blocking hallway. Good guys! Thanks

Nate and his team were phenomenal, it was a last minute schedule with his team and they took the job without hesitation. We had a full 26’ rental and 12’ trailer that his team knocked out quick. Everyone was professional and met our families expectation while handling our entire home with care. Definitely made this PCS easy! Highly recommend YellowJacket for anyone’s moving needs.
