These guys were great. I own a moving company and hire local helpers around the country. The experience with PowerPals was definitely among the best. They were punctual, professional and showed the same level of concern for my customer as I do. They instantly felt like regular members of my team. Didn't use the furniture blankets I provided so my furniture got scratched up and some pieces broke. They were also late. Other than that they were very friendly and professional

They showed up on time and moved the heavy furniture. Our only reason for not hiring again is the lack of concern for being careful. Nothing got broken so there’s that. Also, be aware that you will pay for the full time you book even if they finish early.

Sisi was GREAT. The team arrived, loaded my truck carefully and did so within the requested window of time! Both movers were very polite and took care to load evenly and covered or padded my wood pieces. I HIGHLY recommend Power Pals!!!

These guys are the best! On time (they were actually early), incredibly efficient, and very friendly. They worked hard and got so much more done than we expected. If we weren't moving a thousand miles away we'd absolutely want them for the load out too. Don't hesitate to hire them, you won't be disappointed!
