This team helped me load my uhaul. Although they were nice and efficient, I ended up with broken items and chipped furniture due to pieces being forced into places that they couldn’t fit. My dresser was clearly shoved in and 5 out of 12 knobs were broken off. Two corners of my dresser were also chipped, despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic. The middle support beam on my box spring was completely broken and it was as if when they were packing the U-Haul they tried forcing boxes in places they didn’t fit so when trying to push it all in, it broke the wooden beam. If you hire this company, I recommend you have one person stay with each member of the team at all times to ensure things aren’t being tossed and shoved around. I’m glad I waited to complete this review until I opened up my U-Haul and inspected everything

The worst moving help service I have ever had. 2 people came and one of them stayed in their car with cell phone in her hand all the time. Avoid this moving helper company.

I wish I could give a higher review. They were very nice. But, unfortunately, they started to get frustrated in the middle of our move and the way they were treating us changed. They chose to leave after 2 hours and 15 minutes, when I had paid for four hours. He told me to give him the payment code, and the rest of the time would be refunded. That is not true because once the payment code is given, there’s no way for U-Haul to refund me, he will have to do it. They also reeked of marijuana. I’m no prude, but please do that on your own time. It seems weird that they could not complete their job, even while they were working high.

I highly recommend this company! They arrived on time and were both knowledgeable and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently - disassembling, packaging and then labeling all of my technical electronic equipment (along with all my household furnishings) and it was done in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. After transporting my belongings to my new home, equal care was given to reassembling furniture and electronics - ensuring that my belongings were in optimal condition and in working order. My own brothers could not have taken better care of my belongings. This company is simply exceptional. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for their support, patience and attention to detail at an extremely hectic time (which moves tend to be). They exemplify professionalism. I absolutely will use them again and highly recommend them to others!

If I could give zero stars I would. Can’t believe I hired movers to touch items and move with them. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
