Two movers arrived, but only one was actually doing the heavy lifting. The other spent most of the time reorganizing items in the truck and slowing the process down. It took three hours just to load a 15-foot truck. I repeatedly mentioned that the larger items wouldn’t fit and suggested we could make a second trip since the distance between locations wasn’t far, but the one mover kept insisting everything would fit—he couldn’t even judge what would or wouldn’t go. The moving company itself may be fine, but this particular mover was not helpful at all and I wouldn’t recommend him. If anyone experiences something similar, please report it to management; otherwise you may end up dealing with a lot of unnecessary stress and arguments.

Not sure these are experienced movers. The one guy complained a lot about how much work it was and they took their time. They literally just threw everything in the back of the uhaul vs trying to organize it. The other guy hit on my 17 year old step daughter and asked for her insta even after she made her age clear. One guy left his moving blankets in our vehicle and in the U-Haul, while the other guy left his floor dolly at our home. I had to make two separate trips to return their items as I didn’t want them back at my home. They also both texted requesting tips in spite of all of this. I sent them each a tip directly, via Venmo. I had booked them for 3 hrs to move a small 2 bed apartment and storage unit. They took their full 3 hrs to move about 80 percent of the apartment and nothing at the storage. They then tried to get me to book them directly for the storage unit items at $375 and then $250. We decided to decline and end our contact with them. Do not recommend them.

Adriane x2 did great job. Very professional, friendly, and awesome workers. Only thing better would have been to specifically offer to unwrap furniture after delivery into apartment as we still had some clock time left.
