They came to the rescue when our original movers canceled 5 minutes before they were supposed to show up. I booked Done Right and they contacted me promptly and had a crew to me in 2 hours. Matthew and Erik showed up on time and loaded and unloaded our truck in less than 5 hours. They were professional, prompt, and courteous in all ways. Would highly recommend them.

I booked 3 hours through U-Haul for load and unload. When the gentleman got there I asked if I can add an extra hour which U-Haul support suggested. They stopped after two hours and one man, raul told my husband that he wanted to dip. They only helped me load. I also had 7 people helping in addition to the movers. The movers were only needed for big stuff. When the load was completed they called me asking for gas money bc they didn’t realize it was that far I put it in when I booked the reservation. After the move was completed the man is still texting me that he hasn’t gotten paid through U-Haul and I have the screenshots. They also tried convincing paying them directly instead of giving my payment code. I want compensation because I gave them 30 dollars for gas money because I felt pressured. They did not unload.
