They were very late arriving and did not communicate that they would be late. I had to call them to see if they had picked up my order. Further, they only had one trailer so they had to go back to get my second box which took even more time. I had other things I needed to get done that day so communication would've been really nice. I think they arrived about 4 hours later than I had anticipated. However once they arrived the main guy was very nice and courteous.

The movers were great. The company, however, I do not recommend. We were notified of a change to the start time at 10pm the night prior to the move. This caused a domino effect of changes- the actual start time was 4 hours delayed; we had to cancel our hotel reservation and schedule a new one; we were late arriving for our scheduled movers at the new home, had to reschedule those movers for the next day. We received a sorry for the inconvenience text, only after questioning the start time. Notifying the customer at 10pm the night before a scheduled move is unacceptable and added tremendous, unnecessary stress to an already extremely stressful time
