Even moving and storage

Even moving and storage moved my household items efficiently. They took time to wrap my valuable items better. They worked well together as a team. They brought their own moving dolly too which was a big help. They got my apartment moved out within an hour which was impressive. If I was in the area and needed moving services again I’d for sure book them again and recommend them to anyone needing moving help.

This have been the worst moving experience EVER. Drivers showed up late. The Supervisor Reeked of Alcohol from his Breath and Pours. The Supervisor got into a heated argument with me over of their time of arrival, harassed me about needing the payment code. One of the workers broke my entertainment center. The Supervisor asked me if my furniture was from ikea, after inspecting the damaged furniture. The workers refused to take certain items, they then left it behind and said Ms Britney told them not to take it. When we got to the destination. I was harassed again and felt pressured to give the Supervisor the Payment code. He said that we had about 45 minutes left of time, so he needed the payment code so Ms. Britney won't charge me for extra timing at owners expense. I gave him the payment code. I went upstairs to check on the other workers as they moved a few items in. They went downstairs to get more stuff, so I thought and Left with job not Done. Truck doors left open and unattend.

These guys got the job done in half the time I thought it’d take them. They carried my stuff down 4 flights of stairs and didn’t damage anything. Super efficient, very nice professional gentlemen. Would highly recommend.

The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because of the men that did the move. Britney, who is in charge or the owner was very unprofessional, does not how to speak proper English, and does not communicate well. She tried to get her crew angry when I said they need to take frequent breaks because it’s 100 plus outside. The movers were wonderful, like I said if it was not for them I would be giving this company a one star.

These guys were worth every penny. Very honest, dependable great attitude, and helped more than they should have for sure. They made the process easier faster and better. I would hire them anytime of the day for anything. Please use them to save yourself the pressure per they know how to hustle and just make the day so much better
