The movers arrived a couple hours after scheduled move time. When they arrived they did an excellent job. My feelings are mixed as to the level of professionalism, simply because on the notes for the job on Uhaul, it was made to appear that I rescheduled the job for a different time, which was not true. Then I was informed on the phone that additional hours would be not what is shown in my contract with uhaul but double the amount per hour. Fortunately, we did not need that. As I mentioned, the workers did an extra job.

I got what I paid for unfortunately. I scheduled a last minute move and they were able to schedule me in. I paid for 2 hours because that is all I needed to move my things from a storage into an apartment. The 2 guys dragged their feet to have the time go over. Taking breaks on my time. One guy went MIA and stayed downstairs to load the truck but never came back up to assist even after he was done loading, leaving the other guy to do it on his own. I offered to help to speed up the process but I did more work than I should've done for someone who hired movers. They took advantage of my kindness and me helping. My bed frame was scratched, a decorative long vase that was properly wrapped was broken due to their negligence. One guy (Lakeith) had the audacity to send me his personal cashapp to tip him afterwards. Here's a tip, don't hire them as the service was mediocre and unprofessional.
