Where to begin? When they didn’t show up for the scheduled moving time, they only deigned to call half an hour later. What did they say? Oh, we will be an additional two hours late. When they finally did show up two and a half hours later (3 hours past scheduled time) they moved so slow we ended up having to pay for an additional hour because they didn’t do the work they were paid to do. It somehow took them three hours to unload a truck that took just two hours to pack. Did I mention there was an elevator and they didn’t even need to use stairs? Even better is the fact that they only brought a plastic dolly which BROKE and they had to use ours. Then after being 3 hours late, taking three hours to do what should have taken two, they had the AUDACITY to ask for a 5 star review while they stood there and watched me write it. Obviously, I am not doing that. Save your time, money, and frustration. Book literally anyone else.
